Sandra and Darren picked out this adorable duo today at our local Animal Shelter. Darren is holding the little boy, and Sandra the little girl. They aren't littermates, but they are the same age and get along beautifully together.
There were tears and laughter but we all hope these little guys will help heal their broken hearts.Now for their names - we're asking for suggestions. They prefer 'people' names - not cutesy names like I would pick :-) Emma is being considered for the little girl and Elton or Oscar for the little boy. If you have any suggestions, please let me know.

I actually know a very sweet little girl whose name is Emma. Her brother? Oscar. :o) I used to have a boy cat named Stan. They could name the girl cat Laurel.

Most of our animals have 'people' names too. And, of course, they have 2 names, being in the south. :>)
We had a brother team that were Roscoe (now over the rainbow bridge) and Rosie (Rossevelt). We thought Rosie was a girl until he was older...long story...
Whatever they decide...just be sure it isn't names they'd want to name children...or the names of others kids. :>)
They are so cute...and having 2 is wonderful...they keep each other company.
